Call for papers
The Scientific Committee encourages you to submit your papers to the Conference. The papers should be written in English or Russian – the official languages of the Conference.
All those wishing to present papers are required to submit
1) registration form and a short bio not later than February 1, 2012
2) title and a max. 500 word abstract not later than February 1, 2012
to the Secretariat of Scientific Committee (natalia@bp.mrsu.ru)
The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
After assessment of the abstracts, authors will be informed whether their paper has been selected for presentation within 2 weeks.
Full papers should reach the conference secretariat not later than March 1, 2012. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, provided that they meet required standards and that at least one of the authors registers to the conference.
Those who will submit full paper without submitting abstract can submit the full paper latest February 15, 2012. Papers will be accepted under the condition of that at least one author per paper is registered and is able to make a presentation during the conference.
Abstracts and papers should be sent by e-mail to natalia@bp.mrsu.ru. All abstracts should be submitted in the following format and structure:

Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is February 1, 2012.
There is a limit of one contributed submission per registered author.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English or Russian.
Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas listed in the section “Topics” of this website or related areas.
Abstract format – max. 500 words, single-spaced text, font 12pt Times New Roman.

Abstract Structure
1. Paper Title
2. Autobiographical note for each author – full name; academic title; university/affiliation; e-mail & postal address
3. Heading 'Abstract'

Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. Example: Higher Education Area (HEA), before being used as an abbreviation only. Please, do not define or use abbreviations in the title.
Please, avoid complex mathematical formulae. Tables, charts or other graphics may not be included and will be deleted by the editors.
The Notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to you via e-mail.

Full Paper Format Requirements
If your abstract has been accepted, you should submit your Final Paper. There is a limitation of 20000 characters including spaces. Papers should be written in English or Russian.
Contributions will only be published in BP-AIDA proceedings if at least one of the authors of the paper is registered for the Conference.
Full paper submissions must be made electronically, and, full papers must be submitted in the following format and structure :

Format
1. Word format.
2. As a guide papers should be 20000 characters (including spaces) in length, including list of references, tables etc.
3. Single-spaced text.
4. Font 14pt Times New Roman.
5. Do not number pages.
6. Referencing within the text should be authors' last name followed by the year of publication all in round brackets, eg. (Dahlgaard, 1986).
7. Tables must be numbered consecutively within the main text using roman numerals (VI) and have a title.
8. Figures, diagrams, charts must be numbered consecutively within the main text using arabic numerals, black and white and with a title.
9. Illustrations, drawings, photographs with captions in the main text.
10. Avoid using footnotes, endnotes.
11. The list of the references should be given at the end of the paper. References are numbered in brackets by order of appearance in the document (e.g. [1], [2], [3]). The same reference can be cited more than once in the text with the same reference number.

Structure
1. Paper Title.
2. Autobiographical note for each author – full name; university/affiliation; e-mail address.
3. Provide 4-6 keywords that indicate the main topic of the paper.
